  • Maintaining backups where appropriate;
  • Obtaining internal approvals where necessary.

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable contacts, or changing requirements may affect project timelines and pricing.

Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed, continued use of delivered work may constitute acceptance of the deliverables.

8. Support and Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, hosting, support, or future updates are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Support availability and response times may vary depending on project agreements and service scope.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of materials and content they provide;
  • QUANTYX retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property;
  • Custom project deliverables may transfer to the client upon full payment where applicable.

QUANTYX may retain the right to use general technical knowledge, non-confidential methodologies, and reusable development components.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to protect confidential business, technical, and operational information shared during the course of a project.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly available;
  • Was already lawfully known;
  • Is independently developed without misuse of confidential information;
  • Must be disclosed under applicable law.

11. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use our Services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities;
  • Malware distribution or cybercrime;
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • Intellectual property infringement;
  • Activities violating applicable laws or regulations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUANTYX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from the use of our Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business interruption;
  • Third-party system failures;
  • Infrastructure outages outside our reasonable control.
